Cassava/Yuca Cuttings

Cassava (otherwise known as Yuca or Tapioca)

This is a sweet, white flesh, and non-branching variety.

Very productive (picture of roots in box from one plant, approximately 25 lbs)

Cuttings are 8-12" long.

Planting tips:

-If planting in winter (in the Southern USA), plant cutting horizontally 1-2" under soil to prevent frost/freeze exposure.

-Or, plant in potting soil inside until all threat of frost has passed.

-Harvest just before first frost to maximize root development.

-Cook or ferment before eating.
